Every golfer wants to hit long straight drives and is looking for the newest equipment to gain those extra 10 to 20 yards. Manufacturers spend millions on development of new drivers as most golfers see this as the key to good scoring. Drivers have developed a great amount over the years in respect of size and the materials used in there construction. Originally made of wood and about the size of a current 5 wood the modern driver is huge by comparison and the newest models are a totally different shape (square).
