Strengthen Your Hands
and Fingers

Use a squash ball and squeeze it in the palm of your hand. Do this with both hands several times a day, you can do this while watching the TV (your wife or partner might look at you funny but it will help). This will strengthen your fingers and strong fingers help you keep a firm grip on the club and prevent it slipping. If your fingers are weak its difficult to square the club head and it often stays open with the ball going off to the right. |
